Which of these two laptops should I get?

I have been searching several days for the laptop that will be with me through college. I have narrowed it down to two that fit my needs. I thought I would ask you guys before I buy.

1: Acer Aspire V 15 V3-572G-76EM 15.6-Inch Full HD Laptop

2: Dell Inspiron 15 5548 Laptop Computer

I know of no company without issues. That said, why isn't this laptop with a step up GPU in the list?
