Which of these 980s is best?

Finally decided upon a GTX 980 and narrowed it down to these two, there are some higher end ones by Gigabyte or Asus but seeing as the base clock is only 50mhz or so more than these two I don't think they justify the price (£10-20 ish extra) unless I am missing something?

Also let me know if there are better cards for the money in the UK by other brands, I normally buy EVGA or Asus but most of the 980s seem like a similar base clock and boost speeds. Does 50-60mhz really make a difference?

Here are the two cards I am looking at, by the same make (not sure if Gainward is good):

And this one

So which of these two cards would you guys go for, is it really worth spending extra for something like this
