Boards kinda generic... If you're saving money, at least choose a better cheap board.

MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail-$86 ends tomoorow

DFI nF4-DAGF Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail-$99

I have been using an Asus A8V Deluxe for nearly a year and have had no problems. The BIOS is easy to configure and ugrade. The board includes WiFi card with antenna. I reccomend using Asus tested memory sticks for this board. I am using Kingston ValueRam.

Any of the MB listed in the other posts are very good. I have 2 MSI boards and one SOYO all of them are great.
One thing I like about MSI is the online BIOS update.
Here is a link to a site that deal only 64bit prossors and MB. John
