Which led tv would be better??

I am going to buy 40 inch led tv and im confused in 2 brands
One offers-
Brightness 250 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio 3000:01:00 (Static)
Second one-
Brightness 450 cd/m²
Contrast Ratio 706.6673611 (Dynamic)
Which one would offer better picture quality.
Please tell

I find specs to be misleading. Let's get the year model and full model number to check out reviews.

Also, just go see them in the stores and remember, smart TVs often are dumb.

Try AVS Forum. They have a lot more exposure to the market but be aware they may slam oddly labeled no-name models.

If they are not good enough to be found in stores, they are likely chucked out the back door online in hopes folk will buy them. In other words I can't and won't give a nod to no-name models.
