Which Laptop to get for my wanted specs?

First of all, sry for posting another one of - which is the best laptop to get - but i REALLY need help

My desired specs:
Processor: at least 2.4Ghz
Ram: at least 4GB
HDD: at least 320GB
Battery: at least 5hrs
Weight: under 5 pounds
Price: under $1400
Screen Size: 13 inch
Video Card: if i can get anything other than Intel then that would be great

geared towards university use

i was looking at: 13' macbook pro but becomes expensive as u configure

Please recommend anything that is fits into what i am looking for or is the closest (not willing to comprise on screen size battery and weight)

THANKS A BUNCH - i have been trying to find a suitable one for the past two wks and cant really decide on anything

I'd look again at the Macbook as the battery they use is good for years rather months.

Why the big hard disk? Must you carry every video and Mp3 you collected with you forever?

yea i guess i dont need that big of a hdd its just i thought all the new laptops come w. that much anywyas.

i looked at them and they r all satisfying except for the fact that they are all 14.1' and i only want 13inch not bigger or smaller. thanks tho
