The stock Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 is to be avoided for any "gaming."
I am currently in the market for a new laptop. I would like to have a laptop that has good graphics for gaming, but also everyday use. I am also looking at getting one with a BluRay disc drive, because I enjoy watching movies on my pc. This already limits me to Dell, HP, Acer, and Sony. I realize that Sony's are way out of line expensive, I just got rid of a Dell that had to be fixed every two months and I haven't heard much about Acer. So I've kind of narrowed it down to the HP DV5t. Fully loaded with BluRay, 512 Graphics, etc..is about $1800. Not a bad price for a fully loaded laptop. However, this falls back to HP and Compaq owning eachother or vice versa. Is HP a good laptop to have and will I be happy with it? Any help would be great. Thanks.
