which laptop to ask for. Limited budget $1200-1500

I am willing to buy a laptop with these characteristics:

CPU: Pentium M (1.5GHz or higher).
RAM: 512 MB or higher. Easily upgradeable.
Display: 14'' or higher
Battery lifetime: 3 hours or higher
CDRW+DVD or DVD+R.
Weight: Not more than 3 kg (6.6 pounds)

sorry but I live in switzerland couldn't found a decription like this (dv1251) in US.
