Which Laptop is the best out of the two?

Hello, I'm currently seeking to purchase a new Laptop and I narrowed down my searches to two Laptops, I don't really know much about the significance of their specs but I'm gonna post them here and if guys could advise me on one of them I would really be grateful.

I forgot to mention that I need a long-lasting laptop which I'll need to use mainly for games such as League of Legends or Overwatch and possibly World of Warcraft (No need for ultra best quality).
I'll also probably use it for college for presentations/powerpoints and these simple tasks..etc.

The 960M would be my choice.

There are web pages comparing 950m to 960m so I'll keep it short.

I have a laptop with the 960m and it's great. Looking to replace it with the 1050 or better if it ever fails.

What I don't understand is why the two display sizes. A 17 is for desk use. The 15 is your all rounder with possible travels.

Laptops like these have yet to die at office or home. Here's one of ours. It's 7 years old now.
