Which laptop i should buy?

i want a laptop under $1000 for mainly hacking and programming
with touch,light weight and for gaming also
i need to run windows and linux on the same

If you buy a laptop with Windows, you must install Linux yourself. And the other way around. No laptop I know comes with both pre-installed. So that's not a criterion for selection.

That leaves as your requirements: a light weight gaming laptop with a touch screen. With that in mind, I'd start your research with

My son is digging his new Asus ROG which came with 16GB RAM, 6th gen i7, 960m GPU and more for 999.99USD it doesn't have touch screen, it's medium weight and such may tell us that there is no such laptop for that price that met your list.
