Which is the better screen protector?

I am the recent owner of a new iphone. I purchased some anti-glare screen protectors for it and the only complaint (I have is that it leaves the screen kind of "frosty." I was thinking of checking out the regular ones (non anti-glare) but I don't know if they are any better. Any thoughts?
