Which is much better PANASONIC PV-GS200 or SONY DCR-PC350?

Im looking for a good camcoder and finally I decided to buy either PANASONIC PV-GS200 or SONY DCR-PC350,i want to make sure which much better of the two before I buy it? Your help really appreciated...

Do you want more automatic control or manual control? Sony for auto and Panasonic for manual. Actually, if you decide to go with the Panasonic, I would recommend the new gs250 or gs150 over the gs200 because both of those offer even better features and manual controls. Great camcorder choices, you have done your homework.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
