What would make one of those best?

You didn't detail use or what would make them best. For me, HP gets nixed over how they don't honor warranties (happened to me!)

Dell in general has been great, Acer too.

Processor - intel i5 7th Gen
Ram - 8 GB

Other than we have so many Dells, the Dell then the Acer. HP is out since they walked on the warranty on me. So I can not ever write nice about that company. Odd they did that.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
