My mother is a clean room tech at Intel. Even she wants to quit intel and start working for AMD.

Back in the day Intel used to be real good but now AMD is on top and is actually better. So good their employees wanna make the switch, and i'm not talking about CPUs

Recommending something is hard, since it?s up to the individual who end up living with that product. Advice can be giving and taken with reservation base on the one giving that info.

Like the response for one poster, I agree where a few years back Intel would be the hands down choice, but AMD had made improvement that eclipse Intel.

In regards to the cooling issue within the different region, can?t say. Try googling to find any forum in those regions for that topic.

Good luck.
