Which Dimension E521 Motherboard

Hi:

I've determined that my Dimension E521 Motherboard is fried. My best option is to replace it. But which one is correct?

Dell's parts shop lists 2 different E521 motherboards: a CT103 and a UW457. The only similar number I could find on my system's board is 0CT103, and other sources such as EBay list even more possibilities.

So which one do I get? Is my "0CT103" the same as "CT103"? What would happen if I tried to use a "UW457" instead? Or must I replace it only with a "0CT103"?
