which digital camera should I buy?

I am looking at three fairly cheap digital cameras. Which one is the best? They include: Canon PowerShot A520, Fuji FinePix A500, or the Olympus FE-130. I have limited my search to these based on my price range (and I have a coupon from Dell and these are available on their website!) Thanks for any help you can give!

The A500 and FE130 are very new and there have been no reviews yet.

Without more info on those two cameras, choosing one over the other would be a guess.
