First of all, there is no mobile CRM. At most there are mobile apps are linked to your CRM system. You don't want to send that 100,000 mails to your customers from your phone, do you? Or have your agents in the customer contact center using their phone to enter their data in stead of a nice computer with a keyboard, a headset and a big screen?

Second, there is no best CRM. A CRM system that's good for B2B marketing (for example: you sell trucks or ads to businesses) is rather useless from a B2C marketing of fast moving consumer goods.

So first get your requirements ready, then go searching for a system that best meets them.

Try looking in the Apple App Store. We actually did develop a CRM that is mobile-first. Best of luck!
