Which cheap earbuds should I purchase?

by Cydrid / August 14, 2006 7:34 AM PDT

Well, I'm currently using some Sony Fontopia earbuds with my PSP, but after about a year's worth of heavy usage, they're just about ready to die. They've already been taped up numerous times, and I believe it's time to purchase a new set of headphones. I'm mainly narrowed it down to a few choices in which ones to buy. The first ones are some Fontopia earbuds,

slightly better than my previous ones, and at roughly $30, well in my price range.
The next ones are noise cancelling Phillips earbuds,

which I heard are good quality, but for $30, I'm a bit skeptical about their quality.
Finally, some noise cancelling Sony ones,

which are the most expensive of the 3 at $60, but if they work as well as they appear to, might be the best deal.
Basically I'm just asking for anyone to post any experience they've had with these different types just so I can get a general idea of which ones would be best. Thanks in advance.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
