Which camera to buy?

I have a SD 512 MB card from my old digicam and I am looking for an excellent 3-4 megapixel camera which uses dry cells. I would be glad if you can please suggest any good digital camera models as I am keen to buy one this thanksgiving!

Most digital cameras do use SD memory now.

Fujifilm, Olympus and Sony cameras do not use SD memory.
