Which Camera do i need according to my needs

My old camera is starting to fall apart and I need a new one. Could ya help me pick a camera according to what i need.

1.) Money is tight it needs to be no more than $200.

2.)Needs to be able to shoot average quality night pictures.

3.) Uses SD card as memory exspanion

4.) Semi Fast shutter speed

5.) Good Zoom

6.) Pretty Good Battery Life

7.)More than 2 MP

8.) Hopefully a movie moe with built in microphone

9.)Self Timer and LCD viewfinder

10.) Able to put on tripod, AA batteries

I might be wanting to much for my price.

Kodak C330, C340

If you would like to rethink the SD card requirement, take a look at the new Sony S600.
