I would say neither.
Both cameras have 16 megapixels.
While this sounds good, in reality it is too many megapixels for such a small sensor assembly
16 megapixels sensors generate too much noise which must be removed by noise reduction firmware in the camera.
This results in soft (not sharp) images.
I suggest you check out the Canon ELPH 100 HS camera.
It can be found for under $130.
