which camcorder is perfect

I need camcorder for documentaries plus want to go for some wildlife shoot. i am from India and have limited funds I have following options pls guild which one is best suitable?

Sony HDR XR 100 (80GB) HD Handycam

SONY (HDD) - HDR-SR10E

SONY HDR-CX100E/B

Canon HV30

Canon HG20

Canon HG21

hv30 / hv40

I think HV30 is the best of what you listed, but the Canon HV40 is out now, so you might consider that as well.
