I'm trying to get this batter life problem nailed down. I shut off 3G, turned off push, and shut off the location thing, but even in standby mode I'm still draining pretty fast. I haven't shut off WiFi, but I do have the button to ask to join networks turned off, and on my 1st gen iPhone, I could hold a charge for up to 4 days easy.
now, I still get about a day even in standby mode. So, I'm wondering if any of my other applications are ones that work as suspended applications. I read in another thread that suspended applications, like google maps require to be shut down by holding the home button for 8 seconds.
Is there a list or a way to find out what applications use this suspended technology so I can quit out of them properly?
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
