...... should have had Toothfish in parentheses after Chilean sea bass.

Now we all know not to order Chilean sea bass, thanks to this story.

It behooves all who are planning special event dinners to ask for clarification of the dishes offered.

For the same reason I won't order escargot after I found out it was snails.
