There's a rather small chance that one of our Hong Kong members will answer soon with a recommendation, so I would advice to use the local yellow pages, a search engine or your hotels reception desk to find an Apple shop or a local phone repair shop. I'm sure there are many.

Your iPhone surely can be repaired in Hongkong's Apple Store. Try to ask the hotel staff for the address of Apple Store.

Ask Apple if there is a store near by. Usually they charge $109 (plus tax) to fix a broken iPhone 6 screen. If you purchased AppleCare+ ($99 for two years) for your device, you'll only have to pay $79 for a screen repair -- though AppleCare+ only covers two incidents of accidental damage. If you don't have Applecare+ you can choose a reliable supplier like hcqs.cc to buy a screen replacement and then do the repair by yourself or a repair man.

Curious as to what the OP found out; I'm headed to overseas next month, partly for vacation but while there I also hope to meet with some part suppliers for my repair biz. I would assume places like HK and China in particular have tons of repair shops around. At least, it seems all the parts suppliers are from that region!
