This question really is impossible to answer if you don't tell:
- in what country you live
- what your criteria for 'best' are
- why you want to buy in a webshop and not in physical shop

Most people in the USA buy a subsidized phone directly from the carrier. That gives the most support and service if something is wrong. And nobody here will recommend buying some unknown model made by some unknown maker in some Chinese shop we don't now from experience and can't read the BBB-reviews on.
Unless, of course, you happen to live in China yourself and all your friends and relations recommends it (like everybody in the USA uses amazon.com for everything but subsidized phones).

The last few phones were online purchases.

Where?

Amazon
Tracfone
Virgin Mobile
Google

I admit it that I checked out the phones at some brick and mortar store but their sales folk were such a turn off that I shopped there but bought on line.
