Where To Buy?

by buttershug / October 5, 2004 9:45 PM PDT

With all the places out there showing low prices and not knowing what kind of hassles I'm going to get, does anyone have recommendations on a site (or sites) to purchase a Digital Rebel?

Thx.

There are many sites that show best prices and rate the stores.

Just go to Google and search for -> digital rebel prices

You will get many such sites.

Here is one as an example:

http://www.mysimon.com/Canon_EOS_Digital_Rebel_kit/4014-6501_8-30527009.html

Be sure to check on the "Store Profile" to get a good look at what that store will do and will not do.

I avoid all stores in New York, as there is a good likelyhood that you will get hassled. There are good stores in New York but there are just as many bad ones.

The NewEgg site near the top of the MySimon list has been rated excellent by almost all rating services. I have used them and have had no problems. There shipping charges are low and sometimes free.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
