Answer
Open Office is where it was downloaded to,
Mar 3, 2012 10:56PM PST

which is probably the Downloads folder.

You will find the Downloads folder inside your Home directory.

By default, all downloaded files go to the Downloads folder.

If the file you downloaded ends in .dmg, you will need to launch it like you did earlier, and drag the contents of into the Applications folder.

Let us know if you find it.

Answer
Oo Download & Install & Setup

Hopefully you've found and installed this app by now.

Did you realize that you can also set it up to SAVE OR SAVE AS your files with the MS Off Icons?
Go to the HELP section to find out HOW!

This works great for students on campus. They can do their work at home using Oo and bring their files to Campus, where it is entirely a Windows World, and have no problems opening the items.
