Or even on the wrong internet site completely.

Other than your profile showing your 'short bio' as "CHURCH MUSICIAN (KEYBORDS)", there is no clue in your post as to what your problem is.

If so, and if you have any questions about the one you chose, you should re-post in Download.com's Site Feedback Forum.

Be sure to include full details, eg, which software, when you downloaded the software and what you did with the downloaded installer file.

Maybe you are new. I bought a drum machine through cnet 6 or 7 years ago. The laptop that it was downloaded to burned in a car fire. I'm simply asking how can I get it or the name back. I need it now! All that I know is finding it buy my user name or email. I can't

If we lose registration details and 6 or more years have passed most companies have changed hands to gone away.

This is why the moderators repeat over and over this upsetting to some line:
"We only lose what we don't backup."

Sorry to hear about your car fire. Looks like another thing to claim on the insurance.
