WHERE DO YOU FIND THE "SERVICES COMPUTER MANAGEMENT CONSOLE"

Today CNET sent out an email about how to disable services that run at start-up in Windows XP. I printed out the instructions, but their instructions were horrible, because they don't start off at the beginning: How do you type in services.msc at the Services Computer Management Console, if you can't find the Services Computer Management Console? Can anyone tell me how to find this? Thanks!!!

Thanks so much! Yes, this is the type of thing I was used to before I had XP - I was at a loss trying to figure out how to find the darn Services computer management console - and yes, it is definitely more complicated than what you have now led me to. Thanks again & have a beautiful Thursday. Happy
