Please post a message about your poor customer service experience with this on-line data storage company. I don't know what the rules are here but if the CNET forum moderator says its OK, you should name names: what was the name of the company before; who owns it know; is it still operating under the same business name; what's their URL?

Also please leave the same or similar message on Consumerist.org (or email them -I'm not sure how that site works. It is the best way to get the word out on consumer issues like yours to a broader, more general audience.
