Question

Where did my Channel List Transfer went???????

SAMSUNG UE40D5003
Thats my TV and after i changed my country settings, my channel transfer list disappeared. Now i can't edit my channel list.

What can i do???????

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Netherlands. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Thank you for your answer.
I dont want an answer from Samsung support. I just want an answer on how can i fix this. The model is purchased in ROMANIA, Eastern Europe.
I hoped that someone had encountered this problem and knows how to fix it.
I have cable thru Common Interface. First the setup was made with Romania as the country for UPC(service provider). Due to some bugs in displaying the information(misspelling words) i changed the country to Netherlands. Everything works better but, as i said, made my Channel Transfer list disappear.

Dear Dragos,I am from Romania, I also had your problem this year, 2014, in June.Indeed if you select Netherland, you will have the issue.If you select Hungary, search all channels, and turn off/turon on TV, option is back again.Very
very strange why on Netherland country this is simply dissapear from
the menu of the TV and with Hungary selected is back again.As a remark I did not notice any differnece in channels list so to solve your issue please change the country to Hungary.
