Where can i purchase HD official music video clip ?

hi !
i was searching for a long time for such that thing : a itunes-like
website where i should buy HD (720 or 1080) official music video (like
U2 MVs, or Shakira MV's) for my personal utilisations (just like music
bought on itunes) !

On itunes, the video clip offered with CDS is in only low quality, so pity present fro Apple...

So, is there any a such website on the internet !???
i really like to
browse a big catalogue, find by favorite band and purchase the full
quality logo-less of their music video !

Please do not propose solutions to rip, recode,download youtube-like
because i just want official and legal and full quality for this video.

so, if someone know a such paradise online shop where i could purchase this, please , scream it !!! i want to know !
