All of the above. And anywhere where you allow an outside entity to have access to your personal informantion.
I worked in the land title business. We could get copies of tax liens, deeds, deeds of trust, divorce decrees etc.
Demand that information be destroyed in your presence or get an affidavit that it has been destroyed once the deal is concluded. If the title company refuses, then tell the realtor you will not sell/buy etc which will threaten their commission. They will scream bloody murder because they want their money.

And invest in a good quality cross cut shredder and when in doubt shred it.
