Where are the Samsung 7000 series manufacture?

Hi

I just wanted to know where are the Samsung LED backlit LCD television are assembled.
I am canadian and I want to buy an UN46B7000 in the U.S and if they are assemble in Mexicana, they are included in the '' free exchange'' agreement so I dont have to pay any customs penalitiy.
