Where are the "copy" "paste" "cut" and "delete" buttons???

Well, in my endless fight with the vista monstrosity which is taking a lot of time...

Any gentleman is kind enough to tell me how to put the "copy" "paste" "cut" and "delete" buttons in the tool bar??

And please dont tell me it is not possible.

that info is for xp toolbar not for vista.

and yes, im trying to know how to put the mentioned buttons in any windows explorer. i perfectly know how to do it in xp but i dont find the way to do it in vista.

yes, ctrl v and ctrl c will work, but i try to make the thing as comfortable as possible and using the keyboard is not as comfortable as using the toolbar.
