Did you look in your SPAM filter?
Sometimes you isp tightens the settings on SPAM and then things go there instead.

I am not getting them since changing from Adelphia to Comcast either.
Not sure why? Any ideas of why?

your email address here @ CNET?
if not, then this could be why.
Click on one of your posts and click on
taboma
when you get to taboma's profile, click on edit my profile.
click on update email address and put you new email address in.
It should, change everything to your new email address, login newsletters, etc...
Hope this helps.
Rick
Rick, Already did that and updated my profile as well over a month ago.
Wouldn't be the first glitch with CNET.
Thanks,
Kevin
then look in your spam folder. Tell it that's it's NOT spam.
Rick
Rick, Kevin,
I have the same problem, I tried to consolidate all the cnet mails to one account (I was subscribed using 3 different emails) and now I don't get any newsletter.
Any idea where to go or what to do?
Thks
Morgan
Thanks Lee,
I was there, I got almost all the newsletters selected, I also got the confirmation email and no way. No newsletter, any idea?
Thks
Morgan
PS: I have done all this almost a week ago and since I did't get any mail I started looking for help on the forums.
on the webserver.
Log in and then look at your settings. I found them there already. Some isp"s put emails with html coding into a Spam or Junk mail folder. Some isp"s totally block them, in that case, Lee would have to add all his graphice before he sends the newsletter.
Rick
Rick, Lee,
Problem solved, my mistake (I apologize), it was not the spam filter, it was a weird rule that I once changed that moved all the newsletter mail to a folder but the confirmation ones.
Again thks a lot and sorry for the trouble.
Morgan
