Surprise visit to Iraq
Are there any other kind or visits?
Every politician makes a surprise/unannounced visit.
Won't be "safe" until they can announce a week in advance that a high ranking politician is arriving.

Toronto, Detroit or Iraq? The problems in all these places are created but the one in Iraq is a problem created by us in another country.

It will never be safe for Americans to go to Iraq after what has happened these years. Unless of course we install an "Iraqi" government that obey to us completely...
It is already safe for Americans to go many places in Iraq.
We are not installing any government. They are doing the job themselves and will continue to do so.
describe anything. examples:
no soldiers died in iraq b4 invasion, we have progressed daily to over 2500 +/-. progressed stateside for wounds, suicides, or post trauma mental problems, 18,000 +/-.
iraqi civilian religious/political death squads have progressed since fall of saddam.
progress will be when iraq is the same tourist attraction as viet nam. except you can't surf in iraq.
