And so happy to be gone from there, it is not their issue. It is the licensing issues not the suppliers ( ie. Fox, ABC, Apple and whomever) They would love to open this all up to everyone, but someone has to pay for it and it is advertisers.
There duty is not just to the viewers, but the people who pay for advertsiment.
Why would ABC want to make programs available, when the advertisment that they use to pay for it will only benifet the advertisers market and that is in the United States. Not the person sitting in Bermuda. YOUR only 60 thousand people on a 25 sq mile rock, not 6 million covering a heck of a lot more space.
They get it all right... go where the money is..
Why not take your scooter and pull up to Micheal Douglas's estate and complain to him? Or Ross Perot while he isn't destroying coral reefs to extend his jetty? Perhaps with all their money and pull in Hollywood, they can pull some strings.
