Question

when using HP PS driver fonts are defaulting to courier

Oct 12, 2011 5:35AM PDT

but if i use the generic Gutenberg Postscript driver fonts print correctly. Never had an issue with this before and I don't know exactly when it happened but I believe it was after a software update. I've also tried to download and use the driver from HP rather than the pre-installed driver that comes with tiger but I get the same results.

I wish I could but the gutenberg driver does not have many of the features I need like being able to print color separation or the ability to choose line screens and resolution.

Does HP have anything to say about this problem?

Uninstall the driver first.
