When try to download 'Neon Clock 2.2,' taken to page 'XML..'

Dear CNET & fellow members,

When I went to download "Neon Clock 2.2," after starting the download, before it could begin I was taken to a page that read:

"The XML Page Cannot Be Displayed" and then it goes on to give the following information:

"An invalid character was found in text content. Error processing resource 'http://software-files-l.cnet.com/s/software/10/6..."

Please help! If you could help me figure out what the problem is, I would be so appreciative!

I really like this digital-style clock! It is the only one of its kind in that it is digital, sits right on the desktop (rather than in the system tray), and includes the day and date.

From this page;

I then click the Download Now button and see this page;
http://download.cnet.com/3001-12565_4-10698517.html?spi=8a38f18f05a062c780314d14092472d2

then the browser download option dialog opens and the file downloaded OK for me.

That XML error may be significant. Tell us more about your system, the browser you used, and which version browswer.
