Create a new login, move them there.

I will not help you troubleshoot a busted profile. Too much work for me. I make a new account, move them. If they want the old name, remove it, recreate and move them back.

A good IT person will do this in about 15 minutes or less.

Hi ,
I would think of this solution if the user cannot login to any ather machine but he can , for sure it's something affected in his machine for his user id ONLY .

Any help ?!

I've supplied how I fix it since troubleshooting it can take days.

Your choice.

There isn't one.

As I noted, we used to try to repair such accounts, but learned what a waste of time it was. Now we just move the profile to another account, wipe the failed account and re-create the old account if the user complains about the new user name.

I know of no other fix. Or at least any I can write about in less than 500 words.
