When is the expected XP SP2 available?

by karenm45 / August 23, 2004 9:02 AM PDT

I've seen some posts about it but haven't been notified yet about the download. My settings are set to automatically download and then I will install it if I choose to. I've noticed that some have it already. Did you download it from somewhere else? I'm an XP home user. Thanks, Karen.

It should be on WindowsUpdate already. You may have to make a special visit, but it shouldn't be that big a deal.

Downloading as we speak...
by GusGusGus / August 23, 2004 4:21 PM PDT

I've been trying to get it as well and this morning noticed it's finally starting to download on my machine (the windows update icon in the systray is currently showing 44% has downloaded).

Best of luck.

Gus

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
