When is CNET going to upgrade their forums?

When is CNET going to upgrade to a better forum? (i.e. invision, phpbb or similiar)

I'd love to read and participate more in these forums but it takes sooooooo long to read all the replies. a 1 line again...another 1 line reply.

Seriously, the forum drives me mad quite often as it is very unstructured.

I'm aware that this is probably a proprietary system, but please, at least upgrade it to a system where all replies follow in the same link without having to

Thats all, love the podcast. Happy

I particularly like the macworld forums, which are a pretty standard forum style.

UBB Forums

In reply to: I concur.

I believe Macworld uses UBB forums (Ultimate Bulletin Board) which is a very good board system. But I'd be happy with any other board system as it would be hard to get it worse than it is now (awaits replies with links to worse boards :p.....)

I agree

I really enjoy the BOL forum. However, it is a labor of love to read it and follow links as compared to other forums. Why can't we have something like DIGG or, even, Slashdot as models of reasonable readability. Love the podcast and thanks for having a forum. If this is all that you can provide, then, so be it and, thanks again.
