Nothing broken here. Google how LCDs work and you can find out why but it's not a Windows issue.
I have bought xcess LCD monitor today.when I try to see a dark movie from sides its shows negative.I cant even see any videos without this negative effect from sides.It can only be seen on front but the dark images are still shown negative at some level.
