Question

When I downloaded Printkey from cnet, BING took over as my home page. When I go to Internet Options to replace it with my choice, the area is "grayed out".
Why did BING takeover my homepage?
How can I undo this?

Answer
Why?

Because you didn't watch closely as you went through the install pages. There are boxes to uncheck. How? What browser?

Look in Add/Remove and see if Bing can be uninstalled. Depending on your OS, go to Internet options, the Programs tab, check to make sure IE is your browser.

Coryphaeus- Thanks but no luck.
Bing does not show up in the Add/Remove Programs list.
I tried the Programs tab but cannot locate anything that indicates the Browser ... only the dropdowns for HTML Editor, Email, etc. The "HomePage" area remains "grayed out" with a complicated URL address.
Other ideas would be welcomed.

Spybot Search & Destroy will lock your home page, or maybe unlock it now. Download and install it, it's free. You may be able to fix the problem.

One I have found to be better than Spybot

is Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
