Pre service 1 files?

Disk Cleanup may be it, but I would not sure what "pre service 1" files are. Perhaps you mean "Service Pack 1 installation files?"

Try Ccleaner its a free program and works very well at cleaning out files, fixing registry, etc. Its free unless you care to donate to the author..

I remember a command that I typed into the console that deleted all of the obsolete drivers and other files.

Open the Command Prompt and type vsp1cln.exe (short for Vista SP1 Cleaner)

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
