whats the best digital camera for concert photography ?

I go to a lot of local band concerts and there is always some issue.either the photos are totally blurry because the band is always moving or too dark, what would be my best digital camera to buy for this purpose and still stay around 200$ ?

So far, no one has built a camera in that price range that will produce good photos at a concert.

To get good photos, plan on spending close to $1,000.

But even that is not a solution, because:
That type of camera is large and most concerts will not permit professional photographers to take pictures.
They generally conclude that any large camera has a professional photographer attached to it.

They sometimes let the professionals take photos during the first few numbers.
But, they hit the blue lights hard during that time to lower the quality of the photos.

Just sit back and enjoy the concert.

The photographic problem is the same.
Not enough light for a non-DSLR camera to shoot without a flash.
You might get a non-blurry photo but it would have lots of noise (grain).

But if you are close to the band, a DSLR camera with a 50mm f/1.8 lens would work well. The total cost would be about $600 - $700.
