stabilized lense (No, I haven't looked these up. I'm relying on your specs. I assume they are USM?), but, if you are always on the tripod, it's OK.
I also carry a portable harddrive that can be used to download the CF cards. A 1 gig card can fill up pretty fast if you shoot raw. A microfibre cloth for lense cleaning. Moistened lense cleaning cloths. One or more flash units with on camera remote controller. A ringlight flash for the macro lense (I use the 100mm macro). A grey card, and a Kodak Color Separation and Grey Scale card. Extra AA batteries. Several small colored lights, and light holders. Battery chargers. Camera manual. Pens and paper. I have a larger backpack to carry the above, and a smaller for less ambitious trips.
Whats in your BAG?
I am trying to get everything that I could need out in the field. Being that a lot of you are pro, semi pro or just the well educated armature I figured I would ask what I am missing. I know there are different situations where you need specific equipment I just would like to know the most common. Here is my list.
