Not long ago I would buy HP without much worry. But my last HP arrived with a product flaw and at 3 months I was ready to call it in. That call lasted over 8 hours then they sent a box. I should have never let them have it. At 9 months the laptop that their repair made worse in their service was still broke with no sign of repair, ever as calls would end with "We've done all we can."

This is not the HP I knew and it was my last HP. Parting note. Later a HP Social rep looked into it and since I had disposed of the laptop (why keep it) they only could confirm HP didn't have a fix.
