Ooops. I can't find the make, model, the drivers you installed or much detail.
For now let's share a common thing -> http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-11319_7-6240575-1.html is something you should do once a year.
My system keeps locking up and pouring out high pitched noises from my speakers whenever I attempt to play any PC games that require moderate to high CPU RAM and video card usage. I've ran a few free online utilities to stress test all three of these sources but they all perform well in their individual benchmark tests. This is some recent development and it started happening just out of the blue while playing WoW, but it happens with all of the following games I've tried: Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Combat Arms and WoW. All have the same crash: Screen freezes and loud, high pitched sound. Could it be my sound card? it is an antique..
